New Player Help

I'm a new player on the server Siel. I'm an Asmodian gladiator who is currently level 23 but I don't really know what are the right things to do except following and doing quests(campaign and normal), essencetapping for kinah, and doing instances. I have a few questions listed:

-Do I need to exchange bronze coins for blue 26 gears?
-Can I use those gears if my soldier rank is lower than what is needed?
-What should I need to do to make tons of Kinah at a level like this?
-What should I do to improve in-game?
